The Customer & Sales Support Manager works within a European, multicultural and fast moving business environment, supporting Sales Operations, BU and Sales Force within the area of quote to order. He/she is located in a central QTO team and has a wide variety of responsibilities, including the following:

1. B2B Consultancy & Design of Product Offering
2. Catalogue Deployment & Maintenance
3. Customer support and communication
4. Metrics & KPIs control

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree level education in Economics or IT related fields
• Experience in working with multiple countries/sub- regions at a high level of complexity
• Fluency in English
• Swedish native

• Good understanding of the cross-BU Q2C business
