Sia Runway España S.L are looking for a native Norwegian or Danish or Swedish speaking customer service specialist for their office in Torrevieja.
Runway, is a multi-linguistic contact center located in the Baltic Region, Ukraine and Spain. Their objective is to provide their clients with the best client service and support for achieving the very important trade and income goals. The contact center renders services in many languages for our clients in Transportation, Tourism, Technology, IT and Finance, amongst others Norwegian Air Shuttle.
TORREVIEJA - Alicante (Comunidad Autónoma Comunidad Valenciana)
Requirements:
- Native Norwegian or Danish or Swedish speakers
- Fluent in English
- Communication skills (good listening and responding skills)
- Ability to obtain, verify, evaluate work assignments and provide necessary information for clients
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office; general hardware and software knowledge
- Multi-tasking skills (listening/answering customer questions, registering issues and finding solution at the same time)
- Previous working experience in call center is a plus
- Motivated for working in a fast developing and growing company
- Rotating shifts (between 07-23 o´clock) incl. max 2 weekends per month
