Top multinational company within the automotive sector is hiring Front Office Accountants (Junior/Senior) fluent in English and Swedish.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Register inquiries in ticketing system.
- Being the interface and point of contact between the Business Process Outsourcing delivery team(s) and the Group Finance organization.
- Follow-up inquires and performs timely escalation to applicable parties for swift resolution.
- Perform rule based issue resolution of inquires relating to in-scope PTP and OTC process such as (but not limited to)
- Processing of customer credit & limits.
- Processing of deductions, returns, and discounts.
- Application and allocation incoming payments.
- Analysis of overdue invoices and performing dunning.
- Management of customer Inquiries & reclamations.
- Approving invoice payment proposals.
- PTP and OTC period end activities.
