Over the past year, the Spanish-Swedish Chamber of Commerce has run a mentorship program consisting of 9 mentees from the Young Professionals network and 9 mentors from the Chamber’s member companies, matched based on shared interests and goals.
The program aims to create mutual learning, where mentors gain insights and perspectives from future leaders, while mentees receive guidance and inspiration for their professional and personal development.
The program included a speed-dating session for the matching process, group meetings for the exchange of experiences, as well as individual meetings between each mentor and mentee.
This year’s program has now come to an end, and we would like to extend our sincere thanks to all mentors and mentees for their participation and engagement.
