Resignation of the representative holding the Vice-Presidency, and precautionary measures concerning Eurobattery Minerals AB
The Vice-Presidency of the Spanish-Swedish Chamber of Commerce is a corporate office held by a
member company. Roberto García Martínez was the representative designated by Eurobattery
Minerals AB to exercise it.
On 3 September 2026, in a personal capacity, Roberto García Martínez tendered his resignation
with immediate effect and has stepped down from all positions he held within the Chamber. The
Board of Directors has accepted his resignation.
Separately, following the suspension of trading in Eurobattery Minerals AB shares on Nordic
Growth Market on 15 September 2026, the Chamber has removed the company's logo from its
website and communications as a precautionary measure until further notice.
The Spanish-Swedish Chamber of Commerce has acted in accordance with its Statutes and its Code
of Conduct and will not comment on matters outside its remit.
