Mr. Finn Johnsson has an extensive career in senior management positions in Sweden and internationally. His assignments include as CEO of Euroc, United Distillers and Mölnlycke Health Care. Board assignments include Volvo AB (As Chairman), Industrivärden, Skanska, Perstorp, Aker and Guinness. Finn Johnsson is currently Chairman of Thomas Concrete Group, Ovako, EFG European Furniture Group, Geveko and MVI Partners.
Cassandra Oil's Annual General Meeting “AGM” will be held June 16, 2015 in Stockholm, with subsequent visits to Vasteras. The Nomination Committee's complete proposal for election of Directors will be published approximately two weeks before the AGM.
