Mentorship Program

The purpose

The program is designed to create a connection between young talents and experienced seniors and aims to: inspire, guide, and mentor Young Professionals. The idea is for those at the beginning of their careers to come together with established professionals to exchange experiences and receive mutual professional and personal development. In concrete terms the program’s goal is to facilitate intergenerational networking among mentors and mentees through individual meetings and common group meetings, where inputs, ideas, and experiences are shared.

How the program works

The Mentorship Program is a one-year program that renews every March. However, in the first edition (2025), the program is shorter, starting in May. In total, a maximum of 10 mentees and 10 mentors are selected by the YPN committee to participate in each edition. Once selected, each mentor-mentee pair is expected to meet at least 5 times throughout the program. In addition to the individual meetings, the program includes two group events: Mentorship Kickoff session at the beginning and Mentorship Wrap-Up at the end. These events provide an opportunity for all mentors and mentees to connect, share experiences and reflect on the journey.
