Main responsibilities
• Quote RFPs in the entire national territory
• Meetings & Events Planner: operate/coordinate/assist with all kinds of proposals, group events, Congresses and Meetings and Site Inspections throughout Spain
• Meetings & Events Planner: Mailings to potential clients
• Being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish
• Availability to travel within the national territory
Skill requirements
• Bilingual in Nordic language and fluently English
• Minimum experience of 3-5 years in Incoming Tourism
• 3-5 years of background/presence in the Nordic market
• Reliable/good at hitting deadlines
• Knowledge of the “top” destinies in Spain
• Superior attention to detail; first class organizational skills
